Fresh start 1465 cal
Decided to have a total fresh start. I'm 11.4. I'm just going to have breakfast , healthy snack, lunch, dinner and dessert and try to keep to 1800 calories on average. I'm also trying to eat more nuts.

Didn't know whether to have peanut butter or lurpak on my toast so had both. For dinner I fried pepper, mushroom, sundried tomato, garlic and chilli and had it with pasta and tomato and chilli sauce with extra light phili - yum. Took dog out a walk too. I've decided that a walk will cover any calories for milk , veg etc that I haven't counted.

Missed Saturday this is Sunday 9/2
We were at friends for dinner last night and it wasn't really appropriate to take pictures. We had antipasti then meatballs , and profiteroles to finish. Are loads! Today I was tempted to have another topic but didn't as I realised it would just make me fat and I'm feeling good just now in my relaxed , skinny size twelve jeans .

Was supposed to have meatballs for dinner but Douglas insisted on a dominos pizza. I had 5 slices of a medium pizza. We tried their desserts as folk rave about them. Had two cookies which err really soggy and gooey yum.

I was supposed to fast today as I can't tomorrow however I just couldn't be bothered. I actually wasn't hoo bad calorie wise. I did have a bug mac and a few fries for lunch though.

Weigh and fast day (507-97)410cal
Stayed the same this morning. Scales did show 11.2 one of the times I hopped on and off though. Girl in work who is doing the 5:2 with me didn't fast today so feeling v self righteous lol. I had an alpen bar light for breakfast. Lunch was a pack of sweet chilli ryvitas , extra light philadelphia and jelly. Dinner was pork goulash soup from tesco. It was v filling. I only went a short walk with the dog. Really feel like eating while watching coronation street however I'm not actually hungry , just greedy!

Was doing not bad until we went to a 40th party. I drove and didn't drink but I did eat birthday cake! Which added 640 cals onto my day!
Breakfast was a large smoothie. I had a wrap with cheese, peppers and sundried tomatoes. Also had two afternoon snacks of a graze bounty hunter with 5 almonds added. Then a banana with peanut butter. We had the usual venison meatballs with lloyd grossman tomato and chilli sauce however I added philadelphia to it too to make it creamier. Had a lighter dessert since I already had two snacks. It was a graze banana shortbread with toffee sauce only 136 cals! I ruined all this with birthday cake at night though however I could of been a lot worse plus my fast day will make up for it. If I have a1800 cals a day I will apparently lose 0.5 lbs a week so that's what In trying to average in a day.
