(2599-176) 2423 cal

Was doing not bad until we went to a 40th party. I drove and didn't drink but I did eat birthday cake! Which added 640 cals onto my day! 
Breakfast was a large smoothie. I had a wrap with cheese, peppers and sundried tomatoes. Also had two afternoon snacks of a graze bounty hunter with 5 almonds added. Then a banana with peanut butter. We had the usual venison meatballs with lloyd grossman tomato and chilli sauce however I added philadelphia to it too to make it creamier. Had a lighter dessert since I already had two snacks. It was a graze banana shortbread with toffee sauce only 136 cals! I ruined all this with birthday cake at night though however I could of been a lot worse plus my fast day will make up for it. If I have a1800 cals a day I will apparently lose 0.5 lbs a week so that's what In trying to average in a day.
