Oh made dinner - hairy dieters easy bake chicken. I had some pesto on the side too. It was made with sweet potato, yellow peppers courgette. The chicken was stuffed with cheese, sundried tomatoes and grated courgette. Weather was awful tonight.

Fast day 531 cals
Had a mini sushi (184)for lunch and jelly. I had a late night at work so ate dinner there. I had asda chicken and sweetcorn soup (256 cals) really tired tonight but not too hungry. Well I am hungry but not ravenous.

I have been entering all calories into my fitness app. I apparently need. 2050 to stay the same so I'm trying not to go over that on my non fast days. I had a cookie at work which someone gave me and I couldn't take a picture. I think I need to try and keep my desserts around the 300 cal or less mark. All other meals are fine just the dessert I think . I also wolfed down some grapes when I got in from work. Oh made dinner. It should be around 900 calories however he did use half dat ingredients instead of the full fat which were what the recipe was based on. Oh it was cheesy leek macaroni.

Week 1 Weigh in and fast day! (550 cal)
Oh my goodness! I'm 11.3! This diet is amazing!
Today I had an alpen light (70) , it was the toffee and fudge one. Lunch was an asda tuna salad (161) , don't think I'll get it again! I also had a sneaky strawberry and kiwi jelly (10). Dinner was a bean burger with mayo and salad (301) followed by a blueberry and blackberry jelly.

Massive dinner (1910-195) 1715cal
I was 11.3 this morning! Tomorrow is official weigh day so let's hope I am still 11.3 then. Had branflakes and raisins for breakfast. I didn't want to go to tesco until tonight for fast supplies so I ate whatever was in. Do had toasted half fat cheese. Wasn't too calorific. My afternoon snack was graze marvelous macaroon. Ironed for a couple of hours, it's a horrible day outside. Dinner was what was in house too. I had a bean burger sandwich (2 burgers though) with coleslaw and onion rings on the side. Dessert was graze wholemeal shortbread.
I am putting my calories into my fitness pal everyday.

Not too bad(2009 -159 1850cal)
Had graze porridge for breakfast and threw in a few almonds. I didn't take in a banana to work for break so went up to Asda and bought a nakd bar. Very impressed at how healthy and tasty they are. Lunch was sushi and mango. I had a disgusting dinner. It was morrisons hunter chicken. The bbq sauce didn't go with salad and the two breasts were too much. This was followed by two cookies and a coffee. A sleep on the couch then a late night walk with the dog.

Feeling pretty guilty . . .(2673 cal)
I've been bad tonight. I'm really putting this diet to the test. . Or that's what I'm telling myself. Had Mexican chicken with salad and coleslaw for dinner followed by an apple turnover. That wasn't too bad but then I went and ate a bag of chocolate raisins! Went out an hour walk. I think in really going to have to practice some self control from now on. Moderation! Breakfast, lunch, snack , dinner dessert but be sensible. It might be a good way to get me back into eating normally.

Don't believe you can totally eat what you want! I'm sticking to breakfast , snack , lunch , dinner , dessert. I thought I'd really put the diet to the test though by having pizza and dip for dinner. I indulged in some mixes nuts and choc raisins while watching river city. We shall see if I lose weight this week . .

Fast day 545 cal
So I went to tesco last night got some supplies and then downloaded the fast diet book. Only managed to read some of it before falling asleep. I am still a bit dubious however the health benefits however they sound to good not to try. Stop ageing of cells!
Anyway I'm not bothering about counting the calories in my tea and coffee. I had half an alpen bar (60) for breakfast. A light lunch tuna snack Mediterranean style (211). I don't feel too much like I'm fasting tbh. It's still a novelty just now too being the first day. I had 8 quorn meatballs with 25g pesto, peppers, with rocket and balsamic vinegar. (264) followed by a sugar free jelly(10) while watching the horizon eat fast live long documentary which started the whole craze. Then I fell asleep for an hour on the couch with the dig( the dog is sick just now) think she caught a bug at the groomers.

Day 14 birthday is over
The cake is gone! I made sure if that :-I ate so much rubbish. I'm tempted to do a fast day tomorrow like what my mum does on the 5:2 diet. You need to have 500 calories only. I could have a piece of fruit for breakfast (50) baked potato and tuna for dinner (300) could go to asda and get a tuna snack pack for lunch. I'm sure it's only like 150? Or maybe it's 200? Either or I'll have around 500 cals. Might go down to tesco just now and get the stuff.
Day 13
Parents came up to celebrate my birthday. I had branflakes then took the dog to the groomers. Cleaned bathroom had shower an ate pesto chicken sandwich for lunch. Had a slice of birthday cake when they turned up with coffee. Had a couple of champagne cocktails . Made chilli for dinner. I ate more garlic bread than what's pictured. I had another bit of cake then about 3 or 4 large Cointreau and cranberry juice with lime .

Had 40g bran flakes with raisins. Forgot my banana for break :(. McDonald's sweet chilli wrap for lunch. Went for a coffee after school. Had quorn meatballs for dinner again followed by two bits of cake. Cleaning tonight between episodes of corrie. Had some grapes as I was hungry at night.

Day 10 30th birthday! . . . And weigh day
Well I'm 11.6 this morning. Brilliant to have turned 30 the same weight I was when I was 18. Never mind that all my twenties I went between 12.7 and 14.0 most if the time. Had an omelette made for me in bed while I opened presents/ cards. Once I was ready for work had a quick bit of birthday cake with a coffee while waiting for lift. Had another cake for my birthday from colleagues at break. Lunch was a fajita wrap and pineapple. Went to the local italian for dinner with oh. Had mozzerella sticks, lobster ravioli and tirimisu. Not pointing anything as it was my birthday!

Had 40g of bran flakes and raisins(6) forgot my banana for break :( grabbed a can of tomato soup (6) and a slice of bread(2) on the way out this morning to have for my lunch. When I got home from work I had an apple and pear while bean burgers were in oven. Had bean burger wrap again (12) with 4 onion rings (4). Followed by two scoops if ice cream and one of my dry dry oreo brownies.

Had graze pecan porridge (4) for breakfast. Banana for break. Tuna sandwich (7) and apple for lunch. Had bean burgers for dinner again with onion rings (17) followed by some fruit fool from last night and icecream. I had another scoop after I ate what's in the picture(10). Was planning to have a pear after work but the dog had been sick when I came home and cleaning it up put me off.

Interesting breakfast. I had a smoothie(4) and OH made me a two egg omelette with ham , mushroom and half fat cheese (8). I had a tuna mayo wrap with a sprinkling of half fat cheese (9) for lunch. We walked down to m&s food to egg the fruit for the week. When we came back I attempted watch some weird film "Simone " and ate a banana with peanut butter(4) with a cup of tea- always wanted to try it as all the health fanatics on indstagram seem to eat it! Dinner was made by OH from the big fat hairy dieters cook book. Chicken tikka masala (12) followed by a fruit fool(8).

Had graze hazelnut porridge (5). Washed my car then we had a bean burger on a wrap(12). I started my reports for work and had an oreo brownie(5) and a starbucks coffee in my starbucks cup that I got for Christmas. We had chilli for dinner (14) followe by 5 quality at (6). Had 40g of branflakes and raisins(5). Forgot to take my banana for break. Had chicken salad sandwich (10) for lunch with pineapple. Went for a coffee after work. Jut a coffee no cakes. I made some oreo brownies from 2 eggs , 10 tblspn flour, 200g Nutella and Oreos. It's a bit dry. I made chilli and had it with jalepenos and sour cream (12) followed by 2 brownies even though only 1 and a half is pictured. (11)
Took the dog out a walk for an hour with the oh.
About 11pm I went wild and had an apple with peanut butter(3)

Day 4 (35-3)32pp
Had peanut butter on toast (6) and a cup of tea for breakfast. Banana at break. Lunch was ham salad sandwich(7) and an apple. Had book club meal tonight. Walked the dog for 45minutee after work . Was hungry do ate a pear then an apple. Had a shower and headed into Aberdeen. It was at Jamie Oliver's Italian and I chose my meal last night by picking the least calorie main and dessert. The main was Shetland baked salmon (12) . It only had salad and ricotta with it , no carbs. I actually sneaked a little garlic bread bite which I haven't pointed. The least calorific dessert turned out to be the best! The autumn fruit pavlova(10). I parked a ten minute walk away from restaurant.

Going to put it up to 28. I had walnut and pecan porridge (4). Banana for break. I had a ham salad sandwich for lunch and forgot to put mayo on so saved a point(6) with a pear. Had a bean burger on a wrap with salad chilli chutney and mayo(12) with 4 onion rings (4) and tesco finest stuffed peppers (2). Dessert was a nespresso and 5 quality street (6). I took dog out for an hour. Going to Jamie Oliver's restaurant tomorrow night with book club so was looking at the menu tonight as there is nutrition info.

Day 1 (39-3) 36pp back to routine
Not pointing properly until Thursday. Weight wasn't too bad this morning considering what I ate yesterday. I had a graze hazelnut porridge (5) for breakfast. Banana at break. Ham salad sandwich (7) and 10 almonds and raisins (2). Dinner was sharwoods thai green curry with rice and noodles as there wasn't enough rice for two (18). I then had 6 quality street(7)
Took dog a 5k walk then had a green tea.

Well this is embarrassing . . .
Had a greggs sausage roll for lunch yesterday and Went to wedding venue yesterday and had a 3 course meal.
I have a really bad cold so that's my excuse for what I did today. On the way home we stopped at dobbies and I ordered the TEN piece breakfast! I are every bit. I had a quality street choc bar with a coffee and 2 Lindt chocs. I had oven pizza for dinner. That's it finished. I stood on my scales earlier and it said 12.0. For my own sanity I'm not going to stand on them again until Thursday. Actually I may stand on tomorrow morning. I have 6 weeks until I go to spa with friend. I'm going on the 22 nd feb. I would like to be 11.0. So I have 39 days and day 40 will be weigh day ! If I get down I'm going to buy myself a new top and jeans the week before and hopefully wear my new coat that currently doesn't fit.
Got an exercise ball DVD for Xmas too so going to try some of that. At least 3 x a week. I'm going to aim to cover 35km a week walking and use map my walk app to record it.
Let the official new year. , new start begin!

Day 3 friends. 30th meal and drinks (77-3)74pp
Well I did go to the swimming pool and steam room in the morning. I got a coffee and ate a yoghurt(5) I bought last night for breakfast. We headed to silverburn shopping centre for lunch . I got a beanie burger (12) I also ate a few chips. We went back to the hotel and I ate several phizzy perch pig tails (5). For dinner I had goats cheese brioche(8), salmon and risotto (18) then creme brûlée (9). I had several Morgans and diet comes afterwards . Let's say 20 pp worth .

Day 2 official weigh day! 42pp
Headed into Glasgow to stay in the hilton hotel for a couple of nights. Had 30g bran flakes with raisins (4) for lunch. Stopped at subway for lunch. Had Turkey and ham sub with all the salad(11) I had a snack of fruit and nuts but I'm under pointing it as . . . Nuts are healthy so who cares? (2). We headed into Glasgow and I bought a swimming costume for £8 on sale as the hotel has a pool. Hoping to use it tomorrow? We stopped at a bar for dinner before going to see anchorman 2 at cinema. I had a vegi burger but didn't eat the chips that came on the side. (17) I had a small tub of Ben and Jerry's (8) and a coffee at cinema.

Day 1 first day of 2014 (50-9) 41pp
New Year's Day and I've eaten loads last night. Chinese for dinner then loads of nibbles at bells. I have a steak pie New Years dinner to eat today, staying in the hilton in Glasgow tomorrow night, a three course meal and drinks on Friday for friends birthday and a three course meal at wedding venue on Saturday. I'm determined to start back the weightwatchers today though. If I don't I will go over 12 stone. I weighed myself on my parents scales. I was between 11.4 and 11.6 before Christmas on my OWN scales. My parents scales are a couple of pounds heavier however 11.13 is v extreme! I'm probably 11.11 if it were my own. I ordered a navy military jacket from oasis in the sales and it's too small. My aim is to get into that comfortably.
Woke up not feeling like breakfast but had 20g branflakes with raisins and fresh orange anyway(5)
Went a walk to marina to watch people jump into Clyde river . Then my dad and I walked the "gutbuster"( 8 1/2 km walk with a few steep hills). We had an way 3 course New Years dinner of steak pie(20). To start we had prawn cocktail (6) and lemon meringue pie and cream(14) for dessert.
When the rain stopped I took the dog a half hour walk then had a couple of cheeky cointrea, lime and cranberry juice - it is new year after all. (5)
