Anyway I'm not bothering about counting the calories in my tea and coffee. I had half an alpen bar (60) for breakfast. A light lunch tuna snack Mediterranean style (211). I don't feel too much like I'm fasting tbh. It's still a novelty just now too being the first day. I had 8 quorn meatballs with 25g pesto, peppers, with rocket and balsamic vinegar. (264) followed by a sugar free jelly(10) while watching the horizon eat fast live long documentary which started the whole craze. Then I fell asleep for an hour on the couch with the dig( the dog is sick just now) think she caught a bug at the groomers.
