I have been entering all calories into my fitness app. I apparently need. 2050 to stay the same so I'm trying not to go over that on my non fast days. I had a cookie at work which someone gave me and I couldn't take a picture. I think I need to try and keep my desserts around the 300 cal or less mark. All other meals are fine just the dessert I think . I also wolfed down some grapes when I got in from work. Oh made dinner. It should be around 900 calories however he did use half dat ingredients instead of the full fat which were what the recipe was based on. Oh it was cheesy leek macaroni.
