Interesting breakfast. I had a smoothie(4) and OH made me a two egg omelette with ham , mushroom and half fat cheese (8). I had a tuna mayo wrap with a sprinkling of half fat cheese (9) for lunch. We walked down to m&s food to egg the fruit for the week. When we came back I attempted watch some weird film "Simone " and ate a banana with peanut butter(4) with a cup of tea- always wanted to try it as all the health fanatics on indstagram seem to eat it! Dinner was made by OH from the big fat hairy dieters cook book. Chicken tikka masala (12) followed by a fruit fool(8).
