I was 11.3 this morning! Tomorrow is official weigh day so let's hope I am still 11.3 then. Had branflakes and raisins for breakfast. I didn't want to go to tesco until tonight for fast supplies so I ate whatever was in. Do had toasted half fat cheese. Wasn't too calorific. My afternoon snack was graze marvelous macaroon. Ironed for a couple of hours, it's a horrible day outside. Dinner was what was in house too. I had a bean burger sandwich (2 burgers though) with coleslaw and onion rings on the side. Dessert was graze wholemeal shortbread.
