Well this is embarrassing . . .

Had a greggs sausage roll for lunch yesterday and Went to wedding venue yesterday and had a 3 course meal.
I have a really bad cold so that's my excuse for what I did today. On the way home we stopped at dobbies and I ordered the TEN piece breakfast! I are every bit. I had a quality street choc bar with a coffee and 2 Lindt chocs. I had oven pizza for dinner. That's it finished. I stood on my scales earlier and it said 12.0. For my own sanity I'm not going to stand on them again until Thursday. Actually I may stand on tomorrow morning. I have 6 weeks until I go to spa with friend. I'm going on the 22 nd feb. I would like to be 11.0. So I have 39 days and day 40 will be weigh day ! If I get down I'm going to buy myself a new top and jeans the week before and hopefully wear my new coat that currently doesn't fit. 
 Got an exercise ball DVD for Xmas too so going to try some of that. At least 3 x a week. I'm going to aim to cover 35km a week walking and use map my walk app to record it.
