Day 3 (34-4)30pp weigh day

My points are down to 27 a day. When it falls to 26 I'm
Going to put it up to 28.  I had walnut and pecan  porridge (4). Banana for break. I had a ham salad sandwich for lunch and forgot to put mayo on so saved a point(6) with a pear. Had a bean burger on a wrap with salad chilli chutney and mayo(12) with 4 onion rings (4) and tesco finest stuffed peppers (2). Dessert was a nespresso and 5 quality street (6). I took dog out for an hour. Going to Jamie Oliver's restaurant tomorrow night with book club so was looking at the menu tonight as there is nutrition info.
