Day 4 (35-3)32pp

Had peanut butter on toast (6) and a cup of tea for breakfast. Banana at break. Lunch was ham salad sandwich(7) and an apple. Had book club meal tonight. Walked the dog for 45minutee after work . Was hungry do ate a pear then an apple. Had a shower and headed into Aberdeen. It was at Jamie Oliver's Italian and I chose my meal last night by picking the least calorie main and dessert. The main was Shetland baked salmon (12) . It only had salad and ricotta with it , no carbs. I actually sneaked a little garlic bread bite which I haven't pointed. The least calorific dessert turned out to be the best! The autumn fruit pavlova(10). I parked a ten minute walk away from restaurant.
