Day 1 (39-3) 36pp back to routine

Not pointing properly until Thursday. Weight wasn't too bad this morning considering what I ate yesterday. I had a graze hazelnut porridge (5) for breakfast. Banana at break. Ham salad sandwich (7) and 10 almonds and raisins (2). Dinner was sharwoods thai green curry with rice and noodles as there wasn't enough rice for two (18). I then had 6 quality street(7) 
Took dog a 5k walk then had a green tea.
