Not too bad(2009 -159 1850cal)

Had graze porridge for breakfast and threw in a few almonds. I didn't take in a banana to work for break so went up to Asda and bought a nakd bar. Very impressed at how healthy and tasty they are. Lunch was sushi and mango. I had a disgusting dinner. It was morrisons hunter chicken. The bbq sauce didn't go with salad and the two breasts were too much. This was followed by two cookies and a coffee. A sleep on the couch then a late night walk with the dog.
