Had 40g of bran flakes and raisins(6) forgot my banana for break :( grabbed a can of tomato soup (6) and a slice of bread(2) on the way out this morning to have for my lunch. When I got home from work I had an apple and pear while bean burgers were in oven. Had bean burger wrap again (12) with 4 onion rings (4). Followed by two scoops if ice cream and one of my dry dry oreo brownies.
